Pole Dance

A leveled class which involves spins, choreography, floor work and transitions. You will learn the super sexy, athletic and empowering form of dance involving a brass pole for your dance partner.

As you progress through the 6 week sessions, you will learn more complex and challenging moves and eventually learn inversions.

Don’t be fooled, this IS a workout; and a fun one at that.

The levels are as follows: 1A (1A Express), 1B (1B Express) , 2A, 2B, 2C, 3A, 3B, 3C, 4A, 4B, 4C, Pro +

**1A Express and 1B Express is a 4 week class which covers all of the spins, transitions and combos learned in our signature 6 week 1A & 1B classes without the routines.  This class is great for those on a budget, who want to review the skills taught in 1A or 1B and for those not interested in learning a routine.

Pole Fit

A challenging and effective circuit style fitness class which utilizes the pole as a strength training tool.

You will be climbing, lifting, pulling, pushing, leaping and performing static holds with the pole. This class is designed for all levels from beginner to experienced. Multiple modifications are provided for each exercise so that each student can challenge themselves effectively.

The whole body is worked in this super fun fitness class.

Pole Fit Express & Flexiblity

Join us for our signature fitness class – compressed into 40 minutes followed by a wonderful 20 minutes of stretching and flexibility work.  This class will leave you feeling worked out and limber.  Only 7 spaces avail.

TnA (tush n abs)

Come target those stubborn areas below in this super concentrated workout.

Lift that tush, flatten that belly and feel the burn.   Stick with it and reap the rewards.  Focusing on innovative, exciting and effective standing and laying butt and ab work.  This is a drop in class for all levels

Cycle Fitness

Cycle Fitness is an invigorating, exciting and exceptionally effective indoor cardiovascular workout! While the class is modifiable for all fitness levels, the instructor is there to motivate and push you to work as hard as you can. Feel the pounds melt off as you sweat your way through this fun cycling workout. You can burn up to 800 calories in a 1 hour session!
Only 7 spaces per class.

Cycle Fit n Bodysculpt

With a half hour of cycling and a half hour full body workout, you get the best of both worlds. This class utilizes all “non-pole” toning equipment and is safe for those who cannot use the pole due to pregnancy, shoulder or joint issues. Please bring indoor shoes. a towel and water for this class.   Only 7 spaces avail.

Athletic Training

Interval sport conditioning training for all fitness levels.  A class that maximizes calorie burn by alternating cardio drills with weight training. First half-hour focuses on lower body workouts/agility drills.  Second half-hour focuses mainly on upper body strength with cycles of calisthenics  featuring abdominal work and push-ups.

20/20/20

This super intensive 1 hour class is split into 3 20 minute segments guaranteed to get your heart pumping, your muscles working and your body fit and toned in no time!  The class is divided between 20 minutes of resistance training, 20 minutes of fitness boxing and 20 minutes of cycling.
You will need your indoor runners for this class.

Just Dance…! pole inspired floor work, transitions and  super sexy dance combos

 Whether you are new to pole dance or want to fine tune your “in between” transitions, this class is for you!  In this one hour class, we will be focusing on combining super sexy floor work with transitons using the pole, floor and walls (and at times, chairs!).  Each week will be a new experience.  Leave this class feeling sexy, confident and inspired! Use your fitness cards for this class.  No previous pole experience is necessary. (Kneepads or blankets and heels are optional).7 students max.

Progressive Power Yoga

Skip to the Beat!

This class is a great cardio workout using jump ropes.  It involves a  30 warm up to work on rhythm and small tricks with the ropes and then 30 mins working on a small routine.  This routine would be a fun, choreographed combo to a specific selection of music.  How fun!

Get On The Ball!

A 30-minute stability ball class that focuses on strengthening the core of the body. Great for balance, posture..developing strong and functional abdominal and back muscles.

Spinning Pole Class


This course teaches basic Spinning Pole tricks: how to spin around and control speed, how to combine and finish tricks, etc. You’ll learn various spinning pole tricks and combinations as well as graceful transitions between them. Completion of our 4th level of pole dance (2B) is mandatory to attend this class. This class will be taught on the X-Pole Stage – max 5 students per session.   You must register for the full 4 weeks of this session.
