Pole Dance
A leveled class which involves spins, choreography, floor work and transitions. You will learn the super sexy, athletic and empowering form of dance involving a brass pole for your dance partner. As you progress through the 8 and 4 week sessions, you will learn more complex and challenging moves and eventually learn inversions. Don’t be fooled, this IS a workout; and a fun one at that.

New to pole? You must attend Pole 101 at least one time before registering for Beginner Pole. This 1.5 hour class will teach you the foundational skills required to participate in our Beginner Pole Dance Sessions. *** Please note: If you have serious shoulder problems, or injuries to your wrists, elbows or shoulders, please contact your doctor to see if this class is appropriate for you.
Pole 101 – $25 plus taxes/one time session
Beginner Pole runs in 8 week sessions. If you have not mastered the skills to move on to Intermediate, you would remain in Beginner Pole until you are ready. You will also have the option to pay a drop in fee to attend only specific classes (provided you have completed Beginner Pole 8 weeks at least once, and there is space in the class).To advance to Intermediate Pole you must be able to invert hands free, do a helicopter, power spiral, reverse grab, climb and sit.
Beginner Pole $159 plus taxes/8 week session
To move to the Advanced Pole level, you must be able to perform with ease: X Knee Release, X Ankle Release, Hands Free Gemini, Caterpillar, Spinning Helicopter, Spinning Helicopter to Scorpio, Reverse Spinning Helicopter, Shoulder Mount Split Hold, Extended Butterfly
To move to the Pro Pole level, you must be able to perform with ease: Reverse Climb Ayisha Reverse Knee Hold Shouldermount Inversion Bow and Arrow from X Ankle or X Knee Release Side Climb Hip Holds Handspring into a Butterfly
Intermediate, Advanced and Pro Pole run in 4 week sessions. $105 plus taxes/4 week session
Drop In Pole Dance (to drop into a session, you must have completed that level in its entirety at least once) $30 plus taxes
Sexy Flexy Pole Class
Bring out the sexy diva within in this one hour class on and off the pole. Beginning with an incredible warm up, focusing on body isolations and super sexy transition work on and around the pole. Learn moves to take your pole dancing to a whole new level of sexy. We will end the class with very much needed flexibility work and you will feel sexy, confident and strong leaving this class. No pole experience necessary. Bring indoor heels, legwarmers and knee pads if you like.
Pole Fit
A challenging and effective circuit style fitness class which utilizes the pole as a strength training tool.You will be climbing, lifting, pulling, pushing, leaping and performing static holds with the pole. This class is designed for all levels from beginner to experienced. Multiple modifications are provided for each exercise so that each student can challenge themselves effectively.The whole body is worked in this super fun fitness class.

Pole Fit Express & Flexiblity
Join us for our signature fitness class – compressed into 40 minutes followed by a wonderful 20 minutes of stretching and flexibility work. This class will leave you feeling worked out and limber. Only 7 spaces avail.
TnA (tush n abs)
Come target those stubborn areas below in this super concentrated workout.Lift that tush, flatten that belly and feel the burn. Stick with it and reap the rewards. Focusing on innovative, exciting and effective standing and laying butt and ab work. This is a drop in class for all levels
Cycle Fitness
Cycle Fitness is an invigorating, exciting and exceptionally effective indoor cardiovascular workout! While the class is modifiable for all fitness levels, the instructor is there to motivate and push you to work as hard as you can. Feel the pounds melt off as you sweat your way through this fun cycling workout. You can burn up to 800 calories in a 1 hour session!
Cycle Fit n Bodysculpt
With a half hour of cycling and a half hour full body workout, you get the best of both worlds. This class utilizes all “non-pole” toning equipment and is safe for those who cannot use the pole due to pregnancy, shoulder or joint issues. Please bring indoor shoes. a towel and water for this class.
20/20/20
This super intensive 1 hour class is split into 3 20 minute segments guaranteed to get your heart pumping, your muscles working and your body fit and toned in no time! The class is divided between 20 minutes of resistance training, 20 minutes of fitness boxing and 20 minutes of cycling.
In Mississauga, we will do 20 minutes of heart pumping plyometrics, 20 minutes of intense body sculpting and 20 minutes of hardcore abs and stretching.
You will need your indoor runners for this class in Milton.
Video Vixen
Every week enjoy learning a new choreographed routine. Some weeks we will use the pole, other times chairs and sometimes, just the floor. Ranging from sexy hip hop (think pussy cat dolls), to sensual chair dancing to sexy pole routines – this class is always a good time!
No previous pole or dance experience necessary! Just a positive attitude and a desire to have fun and feel sexy!
**Note: If class is full, please join the wait list as if we are not using the poles for the routine that week, I will add you to the class!
