Live Once is a private personal group training and fitness facility. This means our guests do not have to try and figure out how to use equipment properly for maximum results or attend over crowded classes. We are appointment based and keep our equipment and spacious facilities in clean, excellent condition.
Our studio has everything you will need for an exceptional workout. Our small group classes are focused on body weight training utilizing many additional pieces of equipment ranging from poles, to BOSU balls, body bars and more!
At Live Once we understand fitness, and know that reaching your goals involves more than willpower, desire, or ability. It involves being emotionally excited about your fitness routine and your progress. Because of our small class sizes, you will quickly find yourself becoming a part of a family like atmosphere that is not only supportive, but fun and social!
Work out with small groups of 6-8 people, with an experienced and certified trainer/instructor to lead you through our challenging, full body weight training workouts that will get your heart racing, your blood pumping, and keep your motivation levels high!
